Community & Leadership

Chi Omega – Sigma Beta Chapter, Montana State University

As an active member of Chi Omega, I’ve had the opportunity to grow as a leader, collaborator, and community builder. Serving in multiple leadership roles has taught me the importance of teamwork, organization, and communication, skills I bring into my professional life.

Takeaway: Learned how to manage projects, motivate a team, and connect with a diverse group of people while upholding Chi Omega’s values of friendship, service, and personal development.

Roles Held: Marketing Chair, COB Chair, Banner Chair, Assistant Bid Day Chair

Impact: Organized recruitment events, designed marketing materials, and supported chapter growth initiatives.

Eagle Mount – Adaptive Ski Volunteer

Volunteering with Eagle Mount has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my time in Bozeman. I worked one-on-one with individuals of all abilities, helping them enjoy skiing in a safe and supportive environment.

Takeaway: Reinforced my belief in making the outdoors inclusive and accessible, and showed me the power of patience, empathy, and connection in teaching and leadership.

Impact: Provided customized instruction tailored to participant needs, focusing on safety, encouragement, and building confidence on the slopes.
